Here are the most frequently asked questions.
What is the available surface area for freight handling ?
We have an 8,000 m² warehouse for handling general cargo, e-commerce, live animals, etc. We also have a 2,500 m² temperature-controlled area for perishable and pharmaceutical freight.
What storage methods do you use ?
We have an ETV system that enables us to store 40 ULD’s, equivalent to a full 747-type flight (100 tons).
The floor space allows us to store 150 pallets.
What is the time frame for retrieving imported freight ?
2 hours after aircraft arrival if the ULD’s leave without warehouse passage (BUP)
6 hours after flight arrival if there is a break-down (palletization, bulk loading, etc.).
Is your warehouse secure ?
Yes, you need a badge to enter, and it’s under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
How many docks are operational ?
8 docks for loading/unloading bulk trucks or pallets and 2 docks for our By-pass system, which enables us to load BUPs (roller tracks).
Are your waste materials sorted ?
Yes, we have a contract with Suez to recycle our waste, particularly plastics and cardboard.
